Vaidilė is the founder of the social dance studio Vailamos and an experienced salsa dancer and instructor who has been actively involved in the international Latin dance community for many years.
She specializes in Crossbody Salsa (On1 and On2) and her dance background is enriched by Bachata, Lindy Hop, and classical ballet fundamentals, which provide a deeper understanding of movement and musicality.

Her path as a teacher was strongly shaped in the United Kingdom, where she taught classes at some of London's best-known salsa venues — Salsa Soho and Salsa Temple — as well as at Latin Collective and Caramelo dance schools. There she worked with dancers of all levels, from complete beginners taking their first steps to experienced social dancers. Vaidilė has extensive experience teaching both couples and individual dancers in both lead and follow roles, as well as working with large groups of more than 100 participants.

Her classes are known for their clear structure, technical precision, and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand. Special attention is given to posture, balance, body coordination, the quality of leading and following, and comfort in partner dancing. She quickly notices even the smallest technical details and helps students refine them so that progress can be felt almost immediately.

In her classes, Vaidilė creates an energetic, safe, and motivating atmosphere where dancers not only learn steps but also develop confidence, musicality, and connection with their partner. Her goal is for every student to leave class not only technically improved, but also with an even greater desire to dance.
